This happened very long time back when i was in 9th class..
the First girl to make me take a second look.. Till date..!!
A girl who had a village feel in her aroma , calmed my soul just with her presence
total time spent with her was only 45 sec( elevator travel) but yet felt so close to her,as if we had a spent a life time together.

The one who crushed my confidence with her bare eyes. the one who made my legs trumble with her smile ,
YES..!! she was my first CRUSH.. Her voice was so sweet , the air that inhaled felt like honey..
the one who i thought was God sent - just for me..

All i have now is the just the memory of hers in my heart, even after so many girls passed by in my life , SHE still stands out of all - whose face i don't remember ...

Life or death

Recently i was asked question, don't remember by whom but...
the question goes some thing like
"When you die,what do u like to be put on your headstone...??"
sounded funny to me at that time, but straight came a line to my mind dont know why ..
but it just did...
"Here rests a person who feared not Death but Life "
I was dazzled by my own answer, did know what i meant though
some days later i just recalled ,trying to figure out what i meant
But i got to admit , to this day i am not able to understand my own answer..
many may say it means that dying is easier than living cause leading a life takes lot of efforts and dead just comes ...
Is that what i meant in my answer...??
i am lost..!!

How To Choose A Font

Have you ever had the problem of not knowing what typeface to use? Well of course you have, everyone has. This is a guide on how to choose a font.

Have a think about each of these before choosing your next font.

Choose a category of type

• Choose a type face that you think will match your work. ie. Oldstyle, Modern, Slab Serif, Sans Serif, Script, Decorative.

Quality of Printer & Paper

• Where are you getting your piece printed? If you are printing from a low resolution printer, your subtle font characteristics such as delicate serifs or fine lines will not get printed. (eg. fax machines, photo copier). Is the paper going to without the ink and quality? eg. Newspapers will absorb ink and lose finer details.

How much text is there to read? What is its purpose?

• Are you designing for a poster, a book, a report? What is more important - Readability or Aesthetics? What is the purpose of the text? A serious look, a casual look, a decorative look?

How much space do you need to fill? Or Leave Unfilled?

• Different typefaces take up different amounts of space, even at the same point size. Try comparing two fonts next to each other and see how much difference they take up in room.

Is the project to be skimmed or be really read?

• Choose a typeface and layout that suits its purpose.

An exercise method for next time you choose a font…

• Know your output method and final reproduction process to narrow down your font choices.
• Decide on the look you want to convey.
• If you use more than one font, make sure the fonts are very different from each other. If they are not very different it looks like a mistake. eg. Use an oldstyle font for the body text and and a bold sans serif for the headline.
• Don’t be afraid to use wild fonts where they are appropriate and use it sparingly. Don’t be a wimp.

Things have changed...!!!

hey folks..!!!
Its been long time since I ever wrote a blog. So I thought that i will finaly write some thing, But i am sitting in front of my laptop my fingers on the keypad, thinking what to write { let me remind you that the whole of today thats wat i hav been thinking and to no use., its jst not happening. so i decide let me just start typing and let my hads do the thinking for me}.
My life (archi life ) has been goin very sumooth but for little ups and downs here and there, i means those submission. and right now i am going through that phase : submission .
am finally happy to see that my classmates have started to use the computers for their acdamics, i have been waitng for last 18 months for this day. well yes not everyone hav started using computers but i am sure that my classmates have understood the importance of computers for the work / studies. computer for me is a home ground and its the place where i feel at ease. My classmates have started to learn computers , forcing me to learn more in computers... I think i got to do this to stay in the leauge .
All that starts has to be continued.. otherwise its outdated..

Your USP is your Enemy # 1

Yes .. that is right. At times the things in which you are really good at , the thing in which people consider your the best is the one thing which will turn out to be your worst enemy .. well you might be thinking why I am making this contradicting statement...

For those people who agree with the above statement ( my post's title ) my blog ends here..
But for those people who are wondering what i am trying to tell .. Let me share a small little Experience with you ..

I being a Architectural student, got to always present my drawing to the jurors during the Jury So as to make a Interesting Presentation I used little bit of Photoshop to make my final sheets look more appealing and eye catching And yes i could make a decent portfolio for the jury. Well then the turn out was not what i was looking forward to, instead of checking my Design and commenting on the DESIGN ASPECT of the project, they(jurors) looked at the presentation and commented on my Look of the portfolio , so the so called DESIGN JURY was not a design jury at all...
And even my classmates who are suppose to critize my design [ the tradition of Architectural students is to critize your counterparts DESIGN and find faults in it ] did not even bother to look at my design and check out its workabilty ....
What i am trying to say here is "PEOPLE ALWAY JUDGE THE BOOK BY ITS COVER PAGE" so most of the times dont even bother to read it..

My Solution for this is "if your really good at some thing , dont over shine it"

New year....

how whould you look at this event-- NEW YEAR... is it the end of the old year .. or the begining of new ... or a way to forget your past mistakes,, or a way to make new mistakes and learn from them.... or to get a brand new start ... or to bring about a change to the place around you , your life, your friends life , ,.... start doing new thing.... or stop nagging about your pain in life
or work hard to develop your life ,,, develop your Nation. . or jst try to be a normal decent human .. or try to be a person whom this world will remember or jst be a person whom your family will forget in few yrs.... or bring out the true self .. or hide it and be what you mom dad wife or your boss wants you to be.. or stand out tn the crowd or try to blend in with it...

whatever you choose...!!! my Best WISHES is with you .. doo wat ever your mind tells you to do, which does not hurt your HEART....
